Otutu is a eight seater ash dining table built on two solid, fluted pedestals. Crafted using master grade solid conwood in a natural finish, the table trades a conventional frame for a sculptural, column-like base.
The Design
Each pedestal is shaped as a wide, ribbed column, with vertical grooves cut evenly down its length. This gives the base a strong, architectural presence — closer to a piece of sculpture than a typical table leg. The top stays plain and rectangular with softened corners, letting the legs remain the focus of the design.
