Dogal - Eight Seater Metal Leg Dining Table
Dogal is a dining table with a live-edge solid wood top, cut from a natural log and set on black metal legs. The natural edge of the slab is left uncut, giving each table its own irregular outline instead of a straight rectangular edge.
The Design
The top keeps the natural, uneven edge of the log rather than being trimmed square, so the grain and shape are unique to each piece. Metal legs are angled in a slim frame design, which keeps the base light against the weight of a solid slab top. The contrast between raw wood and finished black metal is the point of the piece.
