Terms of Sale

  • First-Come, First-Served: All orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is limited to stock items only.
  • Stock Items Only: The sale applies exclusively to in-stock items. Customization or made-to-order items are not included in this sale. Customization of fabric and finishing may be possible in many items.
  • Items Not Covered in the Price: The following are not included in the listed price:
      Fabrics for upholstered furniture
      Layout planning and placement consultation
      Interior designing services
      Customization of products (e.g., size, design, finish)
      Packaging beyond standard
  • Fabrics: Customers can choose from available fabric catalogs for upholstered furniture. Fabric costs will be billed separately, based on the selection made.
  • Quartz Countertops: Quartz is included at the rate of Rs 600 per sq.ft. Any upgrades or changes in material will be billed separately.
  • Finishing: All furniture will be provided with a natural finish only. Custom finishes are not part of this sale.
  • Payment Terms: 100% advance payment is required to confirm all orders. No partial payments or credit terms are available for this sale.
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery will be made within 4-10 weeks from the date of order confirmation, depending on the product and location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but efforts will be made to deliver within the stipulated timeframe. Alankaram will not hold any item after it is ready. The customer has to accept the delivery as soon as it is ready after manufacturing.
  • Packaging: Standard packaging is included. Any special or additional packaging requests (e.g., for export or fragile items) will incur extra charges.
  • Warranty & Returns: Items purchased during the stock clearance sale are sold as-is, with a one-year standard warranty. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is damaged upon delivery (this must be reported within 12 hours of receipt.)
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment is made, as stock items are allocated immediately.
  • Limitations of Liability: The company is not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery or due to mishandling by third-party transport providers.
  • Alankaram can change prices and terms of sales at its sole discretion without any prior notice
  • This sale and subsequent order are subject to Force Majeure conditions arising from natural, unforeseen, and uncontrollable situations and in case of any dispute arising from this sale/quotation/order, the sole area of jurisdiction will be Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.
